Terms of Service
Effective date: 12 July 2026
These Terms of Service (Terms) govern access to MJHR's company-discovery website, workspaces, saved searches, coverage requests, API, documentation, and related services (together, the Service). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use MJHR for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding agreement. You must provide accurate account information, keep it current, protect your credentials and API keys, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the users you invite to a workspace.
The Service
MJHR helps users discover, review, organize, and export company and market information. Search results may be generated from public sources, licensed data, automated systems, user inputs, and human review. Coverage, freshness, completeness, and availability vary.
MJHR provides research assistance, not legal, financial, investment, credit, or compliance advice. You must independently verify information before making decisions, contacting a company, or relying on a result.
Plans, limits, and payment
Plans may include limits on companies, searches, results, participants, requests, API usage, or other features. You must not circumvent those limits. Prices, billing periods, taxes, renewal terms, and included usage are shown when you subscribe.
Paid subscriptions renew for the selected period unless canceled before renewal. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase. We may change prices or plan features with reasonable prospective notice. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers and may be subject to their terms.
Your content and instructions
You retain ownership of prompts, notes, requests, files, and other content you submit (Your Content). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display Your Content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service and to comply with law.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide Your Content and that our processing of it as instructed will not violate law or another person's rights. Workspace content may be visible to other workspace participants according to their roles.
Acceptable use
You must use MJHR lawfully and responsibly. You may not:
- violate privacy, data-protection, intellectual-property, anti-spam, export-control, sanctions, or other applicable laws;
- use results for unlawful discrimination, harassment, surveillance, fraud, deception, or decisions that legally require data or procedures MJHR does not provide;
- send unsolicited communications without a valid legal basis or required consent;
- upload malware or content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or designed to disrupt the Service;
- probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without written authorization;
- bypass access controls, usage limits, rate limits, or security measures;
- scrape, copy, or systematically extract the Service except through features and API access we expressly provide;
- reverse engineer or attempt to discover non-public source code, models, or systems except where law does not allow this restriction;
- resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties unless your plan or a written agreement permits it; or
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation or the source, accuracy, or endorsement of information.
Company data and permitted use
The Service may display factual company information, source references, rankings, confidence indicators, and inferred or summarized material. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use outputs for your internal business purposes, subject to your plan and applicable law. Source materials and third-party data may carry additional restrictions that you must respect.
You are responsible for how you use, combine, export, contact, or act on company data. A result's presence in MJHR does not mean the company or person has consented to your outreach or endorsed your use.
MJHR intellectual property
MJHR and its licensors own the Service, software, design, trademarks, documentation, and content we provide, excluding Your Content and third-party materials. These Terms grant only the limited rights needed to use the Service. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation, but we are not required to act on it.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using MJHR at any time and may cancel a paid plan through the available account controls. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay fees, or use the Service in a way that could harm MJHR or others. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
After termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, intellectual-property terms, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—remain effective. Content retrieval or deletion is subject to the plan, product controls, our Privacy Policy, and applicable law.
Third-party services
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its own terms.
Service changes and availability
We may modify, improve, or discontinue features and may perform maintenance. We aim to keep MJHR reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Material reductions to a paid Service will be handled with reasonable notice where practicable.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that any company record, source, match, inference, or output is complete, current, or suitable for your purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither MJHR nor its suppliers will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, or data, arising from the Service.
Our aggregate liability arising out of the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
Indemnity
If you use MJHR for a business, you will defend and indemnify MJHR and its personnel against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from Your Content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your material breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Before filing a claim, the parties will try in good faith for 30 days to resolve it informally.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service or law. We will publish the revised Terms and update the effective date. If a material change adversely affects you, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
